Description and Requirements

The Administrative Assistant of Patient Outreach, at our Eden Prairie, MN office, provides administrative support of work activity to the Patient Outreach team.


  • Coordinate arrangements for meetings 
  • Schedule Travel 
  • Produce letters, memos, emails, meeting notices, reports, schedules, and other documents from rough drafts or notes, obtain signatures as needed
  • Proofread and coordinate distribution of outgoing correspondence 
  • Place catering orders and set up for meetings 
  • Complete and submit expense reports, as requested 
  • Assist Patient Outreach team with their Outlook calendars
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all departmental issues and other sensitive items
  • Updates and maintains corporate customer database (CRM) as required and develop RFx document library.
  • Ensures accurate information is included in tracking reports (specifically CRM).
  • Participates in the development of department procedures and processes.


  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and two years general office experience; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Experience with buying digital media
  • Experience with SEO, Key Word Research, Google analytics, Google Ads, Social Media, Facebook Marketing, Lead Generation
  • Vendor relations
  • Budget stewardship/ownership
  • Experience providing administrative support, highly desired.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong listening, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (professional, customer service driven) with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to learn and use current Excel based pricing models.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent follow-through skills and the willingness to take ownership of assignments.
  • Ability to coordinate activities focused on the preparation, production and publication of sensitive documents.
  • Knowledge of drug development/pharmaceutical industry a plus, but not required
