Description and Requirements

We are hiring Client Relations Specialists to join our team in Puyallup.  In this role, you will learn to effectively address the needs of our clients and potential clients via emails, instant message systems and emails.  If you have experience in a client / customer service role, consider joining Western IRB and help us make a difference in the healthcare industry.     

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to clients inquiries via phone, instant message systems and emails 

  • Educate clients and potential clients regarding the company’s operations

  • Research the status of clinical study protocols/studies and help resolve issues appropriately   

  • Refers calls requiring higher authority to appropriate departments to be resolved

  • Triage client submissions by making minor corrections

Education and/or Experience:

  • HS Diploma is required  

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of similar service experience  

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems

  • Ability to proofread and detect errors in typing, spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation

  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
