Description and Requirements

SUMMARY OF POSITION:  As a strategic partner, the Human Capital Management (HCM) Partner and is responsible for both the strategic direction and administrative execution of Human Capital Management and processes aligned to the business objectives in their designated operating unit.  This position will contribute to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives.  This position will develop and maintain HRIS systems that support the Company’s goals and reporting requirements.  This position will ensure that the Company has excellent systems and procedures in support of accurate and timely HCM practices


·         BS/BA or equivalent required in related field


·         HR Certification preferred


  • Minimum of 7 years of related HR/finance experience (preferably in the clinical services industry). Must additionally have at least three years of management experience.
  • Must have up-to-date knowledge of legislation and regulations that will impact the effective implementation of WCG’s HCM policies and practices at their unit.  
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources practices and legal requirements. 
  • Strong consultative, presentation, analytical and business communication skills (oral and written) required. 
  • Must be able to speak and write fluently in English
  • Must be able to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions, be flexible, work with interruptions, work in stressful situations, and shift priorities of work as required.
  • Must be able to plan and organize work effectively to meet established guidelines.
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Familiarity with ADP a plus.

·    Ability to work with close attention to detail and to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is required. 

·    Ability and willingness to address HCM administrative and office tasks

·     Outstanding communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

Human Capital Management Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement Human Resource (HR) strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.

·         Develop and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

·         Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands across the organization.

·         Respond to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs.

·         Manage the employee and contractor recruitment and selection process.

·         Maintain organizational chart and Curriculum Vitae (CVs) and Job Descriptions (JDs).

·         Schedule and conduct new employee orientation process for all new employees.

·         Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

·         Administer benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance

·         Responsible for records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance evaluations, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

·         Manage the daily Human Capital Management work, partnering with Senior Management.

·         Responsible for office assignments and seating charts.

  • Work with outside insurance firms, government entities on benefits administration.
  • Act as human resources administrator for new hires, training, and other related HR functions, process and programs. 
  • Recruit and on-board new hires, off board terms, on demand and contingent workers directly or through PEO as needed. 
  • Administer HR process and programs as instructed by VP of HCM or designee.
  • Maintain a human resource system that meets top management information needs, analysis, maintenance and communication records.
  • All work completed shall be in compliance with the local and international employment and accounting regulations and the company’s quality assurance procedures.
  • Complete all training on time per requirements set forth by the Quality system, the individual’s supervisor and Quality Assurance
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have ability to lead influence and direct without direct reporting responsibility.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10% travel in support of various assignments within scope of role and responsibilities.  Travel may be domestic or international, including overnight and weekend stays as necessary, consistent with project needs and office location.
