Embedded within the Member Engagement function rather than a traditional sales model, this role measures success through relationship quality, collaboration, and sustainable growth - focusing on trust, value creation, and meaningful pull-through. This position supports membership renewal and recurring revenue while strengthening ecosystem relationships that enable peer collaboration, adoption and downstream consulting opportunities for the AQC and broader WCG organization. Operating at the intersection of industry leadership, member collaboration, and commercial opportunity, this position represents the AQC at industry events and engages with global clients to advance the consortium’s reach and impact.

  • Work in close partnership with clinical, operational, and quality experts across WCG to shape informed, credible pull-through opportunities grounded in deep domain expertise and firsthand member insight and avoiding disruption to trusted relationships.
  • Represent the AQC externally at industry events, member meetings, and external forums to expand the funnel and build brand credibility.
  • Support onboarding and early engagement of new members to ensure strong activation, value realization, and long-term retention.
  • Track and communicate pipeline activity, relationship health, and collaboration outcomes to inform strategic planning and prioritization.
