Description and Requirements

We are searching for Client Relations Specialist with the demonstrated ability to effectively address the needs of clients and potential clients.  If this is you, then apply for our Client Service Representative position.  Don’t know what an IRB is?  Don’t worry, we will teach you!

Position Summary:

You will respond to client needs both over the phone and in emails.  This is a full-time position.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

·        Respond to clients’ inquiries via phone calls or emails. 

·        Educates clients and potential clients regarding the Company’s operations

·        Research the status of clinical study protocols/studies 

·        Refers calls requiring higher authority to appropriate departments to be resolved

·        Triage client submissions by making minor corrections

Education and/or Experience:

·        Associate’s Degree or higher is preferred


·        Two or more years of similar service experience  

·        Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Database systems.

·        Ability to proofread and detect errors in typing, spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation

·        Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
