Expected annual base salary range: $69,840 to $108,500

GPS level: P3

JOB SUMMARY:  The Enterprise Client Delivery Project Manager oversees the overall engagement of designated clients for the purpose of growing and strengthening targeted client relationships. They will be responsible for ensuring excellence of operational delivery by acting as a liaison across various internal delivery functions for designated clients. The role’s primary interests are assuring that the solutions and services WCG Product Portfolio delivers exceed client expectations and that designated key client’s needs are met. This role is responsible for the building and delivery of superior customer service.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or 3 to 5 years related experience in a clinical project management environment (CRO, pharmaceutical company, or other centralized service provider used in clinical studies) or the equivalent combination of education, skills and experience to perform the job. Marketing and/or technology customer relationship management a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven project management experience. Must have at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience managing all stages of project-life cycle, from developing complete project plans and executing the management and implementation of those plans on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology delivery in a clinical trial.
  • In-depth knowledge of WCG’s Product Portfolio operational team structure and services.
  • Ability to proactively identify operational issues and initiate plans to resolve them in a seamless, collaborative manner, for both internal and external customers.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess strong listening, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to work with all levels of leadership, management and staff, both business and technical, as well as clients and vendors.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Office
  • Fundamental understanding of basic financial concepts.
  • Demonstration of the following competencies results oriented, customer focus, excellent listening, communication, and negotiating skills, presentation skills, organization agility, business acumen, interpersonal savvy, ethics and values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

  • Client Relationship Ownership:  This position will act as a critical operational point of contact for designated clients and will represent the client’s interests across all projects. This role is responsible for identifying areas where WCG’s Product Portfolio is missing opportunities for further relationship development.
  • Liaise between Operations and Business Development to support expansion of existing relationships through new sales opportunities.
  • Utilize internal and external data and resources to provide tactical problem solving.
  • Flag issues and engage the right WCG stakeholders in order to solve problems before they arise. 
  • Work closely with BD staff to inform on developed client requests and cultivated potential additional business opportunities.  
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
