The expected base salary range for this position is $65,700 to $102,000. This salary range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
JOB SUMMARY: The Demand Generation Manager builds and executes integrated, multi-
channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth for WCG. This role collaborates closely with
product marketing, thought leaders, sales, creative, and marketing operations teammates to
translate business priorities into engaging campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture
prospects through the funnel, and improve conversion to revenue. The Demand Generation
Manager owns campaign planning and execution, including audience, messaging, offers,
campaign assets, measurement, and continuous optimization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
- Build and execute multi-channel programs (email, webinars/events, paid media, website, content, collateral) aligned to buyer journeys and sales plays.
- Partner with marketing, sales, internal business leaders and subject matter experts to develop compelling campaign narratives, offers, and content that generate interest and action.
- Plan and promote field and digital events (tradeshows, webinars, and hosted programs), partnering with internal events team to ensure quality content, strong lead capture, timely follow-up, and measurable contribution to pipeline.
- Own campaign execution details such as timelines, asset readiness, launch checklists, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Run testing and optimization (A/B tests, audience segmentation, messaging/offer iteration) to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
- Support campaign measurement and reporting by partnering with marketing operations to implement touchpoint and campaign attribution for lead volume/quality, funnel conversion, and pipeline impact.
- Create clear campaign briefs, performance readouts, and sales enablement materials that keep stakeholders aligned and accelerate sales follow-up.
- Partner with marketing operations to improve lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Work closely with in-house design and external partners to produce campaign assets (landing pages, ads, emails, and event materials) that drive engagement and conversion
- Maintain campaign calendars and stakeholder communications to ensure priorities, timelines, and launch readiness are clear across teams.
- Maintain working knowledge of the competitive landscape and buyer needs to sharpen campaign messaging, differentiation, and conversion performance.
- Identify and activate channel and media partners that expand reach and improve lead quality (e.g., event organizers, webinar sponsors, paid media vendors).

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business-related field required or the equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience to perform the job.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in a similar role required (e.g., marketing, product management, communications).
- Contract Research Organization (CRO)/pharma/biotech/life sciences experience preferred.
- B2B marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective and measurable marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills required.
- Must be self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and achieve measurable results.
- Demonstrated writing skills and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, such as listening objectively, presenting recommendations, capturing input, and gaining alignment.
- Detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and processes preferred.
- Knowledge of content marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) preferred.
- Salesforce.com and Marketo experience a plus
