Description and Requirements
The Clinical Site Service Manager reports the Regional Operations Manager and manages Clinical Research Coordinators in France and Belgium.
The Clinical Site Services Manager is responsible for day-to-day implementation and coordination of clinical trial recruitment programs. This implementation may include placing field staff at research sites to support program execution.
The Clinical Site Services Manager works closely with the sponsor’s study team, internal program team, research Study Sites, and ThreeWire representatives at various locations in the nation to ensure successful clinical trial recruitment and retention. Internally, this position is called a Country Manager.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in the sciences, marketing, or business; or equivalent education/relevant experience.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: - Health-care certificate preferred.
LOCATION: Frankfurt am Main/remote
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Languages: Must have native level in French, both written and spoken and proficiency in English language
skills. Multi-language is a plus.
- At least two years of project management and/or sales experience within healthcare industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, managed care, etc.), clinical trial recruitment and/or other sales and marketing service projects. Sales training is an advantage.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation and sales skills with the ability to influence and gain the confidence of all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Excellent problem solving, planning, organizational, reporting and management skills with the ability to utilize current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.

- Proven team building and experience in implementing complex deliveries and driving continuous process improvement within the project.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS office) and IT affinity.
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities to work with varying levels of resources to ensure delivery of expectations in a fast paced environment, with willingness and enthusiasm for hands-on completion of tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
- Site Onboarding
- Presenting WCG Frankfurt GmbH services to local CRAs and sponsors.
- Host conference calls discussing WCG Frankfurt GmbH services with Study Site Team.
- Reaching out to Study Site Investigators and Study Site Team to assess Sites’ needs and identify opportunities to provide/sell WCG Frankfurt GmbH services.
- Contracting with Medical Institutions.
- Locating and provide training of study personal and Clinical Research Coordinators.
- Maintenance of the program:
- Management of study personal, Clinical Research Coordinators and referral and community outreach programs.
- Follow up with Study Site Team regarding current initiatives and offer alternative services/solutions where applicable.
- Provide overall support to ensure program success (weekly client and site updates).
- Reporting program results to Program Managers.
- CRC’s working hours management and invoice approving.
- Reporting: Updating Site Status Tracker and reporting program results to Program Manager.
- Attending internal calls.
- Assist in presenting status reports to clients/sites and WCG Frankfurt GmbH management.
Travel: Occasional travel will be required.
