Expected annual base salary range: $62,460 to $97,000

JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager responsible for providing skilled and responsible support of the development and implementation of the solutions marketing strategy to drive lead generation, strengthen brand awareness, and optimize go-to-market efforts for WCG. This role will handle the development, management, and implementation of an integrated multi-channel marketing plan, which includes messaging/positioning, event planning, collateral development, and reporting.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • BS/BA in Marketing or Business-related field required or the equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience to perform the job.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in a similar role required (e.g., marketing, product management, communications)
  • CRO/pharma/biotech experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective and measurable marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word Press and Adobe Design Suite
  • Must be self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and achieve measurable results
  • Demonstrated writing skills and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience will be required
  • Strong interpersonal skills required, such as listening objectively and handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Detail-oriented
  • HTML skills and CSS skills preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics required
  • Experience creating and editing videos a plus
  • Salesforce.com and Marketo experience a plus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
  • Drives the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives, drive lead generation, and increase brand awareness
  • Creates and directs the publication of all marketing material in-line with marketing plans
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with business leaders, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders as appropriate to enable the development of marketing materials
  • Assists with the planning and execution of the company’s participation in industry tradeshows and conferences, as well as the planning of company hosted marketing events, such as receptions, meetings, and ad hoc client events
  • Maintains brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
  • Provides leadership in the management, preparation, and execution of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support the company’s robust Sales initiatives
  • Maintains weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and dashboards, tracking Marketing activities and results
  • Compiles a variety of letters, reports, presentations and/or spreadsheets on a myriad of subjects as required by the Marketing and Sales departments
  • Supports the development and monitoring of the company’s marketing budget for solutions marketing
  • Works closely with in house design team and/or design agencies in preparation for new product launches
  • Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed and aligned with marketing objectives
  • Analyzes potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Maintain working knowledge of competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy and devise counterstrategies to competitors.
