Description and Requirements

The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, and will serve a vital role in championing and supporting the use of marketing technology to improve client engagement and business results.

Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business administration, communication or a related field preferred.

Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics or equivalent certifications a plus.

Minimum of one (1) year work experience in a similar role required.
Experience creating and executing email campaigns required.
Demonstrated Marketo experience required. experience preferred.
CRO/pharma/biotech or B2B experience a plus.
Competence with Microsoft Office, WordPress and Adobe Design Suite.
Works independently, but enjoys collaboration.
Outstanding writing skills and verbal communication skills.
Razor-sharp attention to detail.
Passion for improving experiences and processes for internal and external clients.
HTML and CSS skills a plus.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC and web analytics a plus

Build automated marketing programs within the Marketo platform.
Support Marketing colleagues with developing and deploying email marketing programs, applying best practices for email design and deliverability.
Improve the health of Marketing databases by managing list upload and data cleansing efforts.
Build and manage web forms and follow-up programs.
Champion Marketo usage at WCG, providing training, answering questions, and making recommendations on achieving optimal results with the platform.
Analyze program performance and provide reporting and recommendations for improvement.
Provide support for internal Marketo users and troubleshoot issues.
Support the integration of Marketing and Sales technology with Marketo.
Support the Director of Digital Marketing in onboarding and optimizing new marketing technology.
Collaborate with Content Marketing and Design team members to produce industry-leading marketing and Sales experiences.
Continue to develop marketing and technology skills and through training and continually testing new tactics and tools.
