We anticipate filling this role in the range of $14.00 - $20.20. This salary range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Office Coordinator (part-time) supports the administrative operations and presentation of the WCG Array office in Greenwood Village, CO.  Responsibilities include a variety of office activities including general administrative support, office supplies, common area and kitchen tidiness and overall appearance as well as supplemental administrative project assistance.  This is primarily an on-site position with flexible hours (2-3 hrs./day), five (5) days a week. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

  • Coordinates the ideation, planning and production of department and company gatherings and events including the semi-annual technology and testing session and employee training event to include inbound employee travel, venue accommodations, meals and entertainment, and event support planning
  • Maintains the iReceptionist kiosk and contact list
  • Assigns and deactivates employee security key cards to the office including administering the office security system
  • Mails employee company birthday cards
  • Sends flowers/cards to employees for specific occasions
  • Updates the company holiday, birthday, and service date calendars and relevant employee deliverables
  • Orders Technician name tags and lapel pins as needed
  • Assists in updating the company intranet content
  • Orders office supplies as needed
  • Orders and maintains adequate traveling Technician snack inventory
  • Ensures the kitchen, conference rooms and other common areas are clean and maintained
  • Administers and distributes the monthly Client Satisfaction Survey
  • Liasson with office property management including being the fire and safety point person, forward important office building notifications, issue and maintain parking passes, etc.
  • Assists the equipment and logistics team as needed during times of high business volume

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school or GED required or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year experience using a PC or Mac with Google Workspace or MS Office Suite

·     Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·     Strong organizational, detail oriented, administrative, time management and problem-solving skills.
