The expected hourly range for this position is between $14.80 to $21.40. This range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.

JOB SUMMARY: This part-time Office Coordinator supports the administrative operations and presentation of the WCG office in Greenwood Village, CO. Responsibilities include a variety of office receptionist activities including general administrative support, managing office supplies, common area tidiness and overall appearance as well as supplemental administrative project assistance. This is primarily an in-office position, up to fifteen (15) hours per week, ideally, we are looking for someone who can work Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, though we can offer some flexibility with the schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required:
  • Supports inbound employee travel, venue accommodations, meals and entertainment, and event planning.
  • Ensures the office is always “work ready" to host small- and large-scale meetings and team events through conference room assignment and setup. 
  • Manages the availability of conference space through online scheduling; maintains a schedule of designated reserved conference room space during on-site executive leadership meetings.
  • Registers and/or greets visitors and maintains the iReceptionist kiosk and contact list.
  • Assigns and deactivates employee security key cards to the office including administering the office security system working closely with WCG Technology Solutions Security team.
  • Assists and supports new hire onboarding tasks.
  • Orders and maintains kitchen and office supplies to ensure proper inventory; ships supplies to remote employees as needed. 
  • Securely organizes office keys in an easily retrievable and properly logged inventory box.
  • Orders and maintains adequate traveling Technician snack inventory.
  • Ensures the kitchen, conference rooms and other common areas are clean, orderly and well maintained.
  • Serves and liaison with office property management including being the fire and safety point person, forward important office building notifications, issue and maintain parking passes, etc.
  • Engages with contractors, suppliers, property management and visitors to ensure office service standards are maintained.
  • Arranges for repair and maintenance of office suite and equipment and communicates and follows-up with internal customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provides supplemental administrative and project management support.
  • Assists the equipment and logistics team as needed during times of high business volume.
  • Handles daily planned, unplanned and ad-hoc tasks in a positive and professional manner with full attention to detail, prioritizing as needed.
  • Handles last-minute, high-priority requests on a regular basis. 
  • Other duties as assigned by manager. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school or GED required or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience .

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience using a PC or Mac with demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
