The expected base salary range for this position is $65,700 to $102,000. This salary range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.

JOB SUMMARY: The Product Marketing Manager supports go-to-market execution through messaging development, launch coordination, and sales enablement collaboration. This role works closely with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation teams to ensure priority solutions are clearly represented in campaigns, training, and thought leadership. The Manager focuses on execution excellence while building strong product marketing fundamentals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product & Market Support

  • Support development of market definitions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks using the Pragmatic Marketing approach.
  • Gather customer, market, and competitive insights to support positioning and GTM efforts.

Go-to-Market & Enablement Support

  • Support product launches in collaboration with Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement teams.
  • Contribute to creation of sales tools, messaging guides, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with Demand Generation and Content teams to support campaigns and thought leadership tied to product priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective product narratives.
  • Assist with analysis of funnel performance, win/loss insights, and competitive trends.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field required. Graduate degree preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Pragmatic Marketing Certification desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles.
  • Experience collaborating with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation teams in B2B environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior sales leaders and account teams.
  • Background in clinical trials, life sciences, healthcare technology, or complex B2B services strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with white space analysis and account planning.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
