Description and Requirements

SUMMARY OF POSITION:  The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for the oversight and development of financial operations and its team as it supports the long-term growth of Trifecta Clinical. The Senior Accounting Manager gives additional operational and analytic support, including regular financial reports, as required by the Director of Operations and Executive Management.


·       Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting.

  • At least four years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Experience in a job cost environment preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of and ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles and concepts.
  • Superior computer skills with expertise in Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-department team.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

·       Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.

·       Complete general ledger operations.

·       Develop and implement key accounting policies.

·       Supervise and develop the Financial Operations team.

·       Administer Payroll.

·       Manage vendors.

·       Account/Bank reconciliations.

·       Preparation and coordination of financial audits.

·       Assist tax accountant with quarterly and year-end closings.

·       Manage financial and job cost reporting.

·       Supervise monthly bank reconciliations.

·       Streamline and supervise the payment and collections processes.

  • Human Resources liaison to HR Vendor or PEO.
  • Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • “Key metrics” reports and analysis for the executive team.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
