THE POSITION

We are looking to add a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist (TS2) to our recruiting team. As a TS2, you will identify and qualify the talent our organization needs to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical research. Specifically, here’s what you’ll do:

  • Conduct extensive research to understand talent market trends and share this information through coaching to stakeholders.
  • In partnership with Talent Relationship Managers (TRM) and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP), collaborate with Hiring Managers (HM) throughout your assigned areas. Proactively gain a thorough understanding of your client’s talent needs.
  • Develop and curate thorough sourcing strategies and plans that include various sourcing methods. Present these plans and obtain feedback on them from stakeholders.
  • Submit qualified candidates to client’s and obtain feedback that helps improve candidate quality.
  • Build pools of talent for current and future openings using direct sourcing, networking, social media, advertising, job boards, career events, resume database searches and other effective methods.
  • Manage candidate relationship management (CRM) with candidates, introduce them to WCG, and generate excitement about the organization by sharing with them our value proposition. Gain a thorough understanding of both their ambitions, skills and culture fit during phone / video interviews. Ensure all interviewed candidates receive updates regarding changes to their application status.
  • Schedule interviews for candidates with interviewers using our timeslot / scheduling tool.
  • Participate in meetings, such as intake discussions, interview feedback recaps, and one-on-ones with the TRM you report to.
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
  • Consistent and predictable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE (YOU?)           

The ideal candidate for this position brings the following to the table:

  • Five (5) + years of experience sourcing talent for a third-party staffing agency. Similar experience in a corporate environment will also be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated ability in the following competency areas:

    • Interpersonal and written communication
  • Strong knowledge of systems (i.e. - applicant tracking systems, outlook, internet, Microsoft Office, etc.)
