The expected base salary range for this position is $42,470 to $81,500. This salary range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.

JOB SUMMARY: This position reports directly to the Director of Treasury and will be responsible for managing certain Corporate Treasury functions. This position will be responsible for banking functions, including but not limited to Bank Account Management, Fraud Prevention, User Administration, Corporate Credit Card Programs, Payment and Collections Support and business Risk Management. This role will also be responsible for business insurance and risk management. This will be a remote position. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.  The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
  • Manage Wire transfers, Automated Clearing House (ACHs) and internal transfers via various bank platforms as a part of the Treasury team 
  • Bank account opening, closing and maintenance, while identifying new banking partner opportunities 
  • Point of contact and key contributor for annual insurance renewal process  
  • Partner with Contracts and Risk Management on fulfilling insurance requests, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and other related business insurance concerns as necessary 
  • Produce critical daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting within the team 
  • Department liaison for our banking partners 
  • Manage bank platform, bank accounts and user administration across multiple business lines 
  • Primary resource for document and reporting request fulfilment of audits 
  • Produce Ad hoc reporting  
  • Manage Treasury inbox requests and follow-up 
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from four-year college or university required.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential a plus 
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
  • 1-2 years of experience in performing Bank Administration/Treasury duties preferred 
  • Experience in Treasury, Finance and Accounting in a corporate environment a plus 
  • Experience in business insurance and/or risk management in a corporate environment a plus 
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, growing, and challenging environment while maintaining priorities and meeting deadlines.  
  • Must be able to influence decisions through data-driven analysis and cogent presentation. 
  • Must be able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change. 
  • Must be comfortable presenting financial information to groups.
